Hi, just wondering if anyone encounter or has the solution to this. Booked a flight on AA, from MXP-JFK (the only option really) through AMEX, I have put in my QF FF, but it doesn't appear on my QF FF booking. Also flying QR, and those flight came on to the QF FF bookings.
Qantas and AA use different back ends. AA bookings never show up on your Qantas bookings screen unless it is booked through QF or is part of a Qantas issued eticket. Points and status credits are credited to your QFF account pretty quickly after the flight.

Hi @nmalon. I have booked with AA directly (through their australian website) many times for domestic US flights and used my QFF number and it has shown up on my Qantas app within few days as "upcoming trips", mind you i was travelling internationally with non OW alliance for the international leg to the US.
I have same issue, ie booked on AA website for an internal US flight. Entered two QF FF number, my wife's and mine. The AA flight does not appear in either of our QF accounts.
