I recently purchased and flew under the double status credits promotion, but it seems the flights only had their normal status applied.

Yes they show up later. With last year's offer (and the one for the year before) I found it was normally about 2-3 Business days after the standard credits show up (the initial sweep when the offer starts usually takes a bit longer, perhaps about a week, this has already taken place for the current promo).
Note the T&Cs do say it can take up to 6 weeks so if they still haven't shown up after 6 weeks give QF a call.

Most of mine from last year were very quick (couple of days) - but one flight did take about 3-4 weeks.

My first batch arrived yesterday for travel early last week, I originally thought the double bonus credits didn’t count towards the 500 status or 8000 points, but the day after my email came through advising I had reached 500 and decide which one I wanted. My regular points without the double points bonus would have only been 460 at that time.

A little patience goes a long way. I know we live in a world where we want everything now, but my advice to you is that you don't sweat the little thing.

Can also confirm that they will show up within a week! Also, only one leg of my journey was post 11th of Feb, so I got double credits for only that leg. Also, no double credits for flying partner airlines on QF code.

I flew on the 12th/15th of Feb, and bonus points were all credited on the 20th.
Flew again this week on the 19th and bonus points were back to their usual 2-3 day crediting cycle, same as last year.

The Status Credits are fine and timely. You wait 8 weeks even when chasing for double miles campaigns. Just got miles from December 6 travel and bonus miles are not at status level but standard

On the flip side, I've had to chase mine months after I flew (which is annoying as they were going to tip me over a status level).
Stay on it. It was absurd the amount of effort it took me to get mine.

Flights Feb 13/14th - DSC Promotion points credited on the 20th. Very impressed.
My loyalty bonus status also says I am only 20 status credits away from the 500sc bonus target. Fingers crossed they slip through :)

Yes, recently travelled for quick Double SC run (under new promotion) 7 days before my anniversary date. Still have not received double SC after 8 days. Travelled twice last year under same promotions and had SC bonus within 2 working days for all legs (National and International), but there's more I rang QFF and asked how long. They replied I am sorry you made the booking on the 31st Jan the day before the promotion which was totally incorrect. I had all the information to verify that I had made the booking at 0700hrs on the 1st Feb 18.(AEDT). QFF were adamant that I had booked on the 31st. When the Operator checked with their Supervisor they informed me that all bookings in the centre are done in UTC time (which they don't tell you) which meant 10 hrs earlier on their system. Apparently the system updates the time for the aussie bookings but in my case it didn't. They apologised and assured me that the SC will be credited within six weeks and if not to ring back and it will be done manually. So Platinum benefits for now will have to wait. It pays to call and ask as here is an example of the QF system having a glitch. In saying all that I had already rang QFF to verify before my flights that it was correct and I would get the bonus SC and the Platinum level. They assured me it was alll correct. So it pays to always ring them don't go on blind trust.
