Media reports Qantas is reducing 737 cabin crew on the busiest routes from 5 to 4. This has already been done on less busy routes. One among several impacts will be just one crew member to check boarding passes at the gate. It's all, so they say, being done to save money. The impact, if any, on customer satisfaction will be interesting to see.
Are you happy with Qantas 737 cabin crew reductions?

not planning on flying QF on this route much more. REX and VA will offer better value for money, and better chance of actually getting a drink!
