Earn Qantas Points when dining at Rockpool restaurants

From tomorrow onwards, you’ll be able to earn up to 4 Qantas Points per $1 spent at Rockpool Dining Group restaurants around Australia.

The newly announced partnership is a natural extension of the Qantas / Rockpool relationship, with culinary director Neil Perry curating Qantas’ lounge and in-flight menus for many years now.

The special points offer will continue to 31 May 2018, with points earning doubled during this period when dining out at eligible establishments.

Rockpool Dining Group restaurants include locations in Sydney, Melbourne, Brisbane and Perth with a number of brands covered, including:

Premium Restaurants (4 Qantas Points per $1 until 31 May 2018, 2 Qantas Points per $1 after)

  • Sakè Restaurant & Bar
  • Spice Temple
  • Jade Temple
  • The Cut Bar & Grill
  • Rosetta Ristorante
  • Rockpool Bar & Grill

Casual Restaurants (4 Qantas Points per $1 until 31 May 2018, 2 Qantas Points per $1 after)

  • Fratelli Fresh
  • The Argyle
  • El Camino Cantina
  • Ananas
  • Munich Brauhaus
  • The Bavarian
  • Bavarian Bier Café

Fast Casual (2 Qantas Points per $1 until 31 May 2018, 1 Qantas Point per $1 after)

  • Fratelli Famous Pizzeria
  • Sakè Jr
  • Burger Project

The bonus comes with good timing, as the silly season draws closer and client / colleague dinners increase in number. If you’ve got a credit card that earns Qantas Points, you can triple dip when you spend at Rockpool Dining Group restaurants by earning points on the bill, your card, and also your reservation if you book through Qantas Restaurants (up to 100 points per diner).

Additionally, Qantas Frequent Flyer members can now use their Qantas Points to pay for their bill at Rockpool Dining Group restaurants – you can choose to cover the entire bill, or use 4,000 Qantas Points for each $20 taken off the bill.

To earn points, simply share your Qantas Frequent Flyer number or present your card when you dine or book a reservation. If you book through Qantas Restaurants, this will also share your account number with the venue. To redeem, you'll also need your PIN code to ensure account security.

Same, how does one earn points? Burger project is right across the road so is an easy earner for me.

At Burger Project Melbourne Central, the current 'process' (as of last night) is to note your client name and QFF number on the back of the receipt.

If what watson374 says is true that seems very manual and not certain of getting points at all. I doubt that it will be possible to submit missing points claims for this.

They're hoping for a thing to be delivered soon so they don't have to maintain this manual process for much longer.

Well attempt 1 at Burger Project is a FAIL.

I went there and they gave me a tablet to enter my QFF and surname. On Submit it kept failing. They first said to come back another time and tell to add the extra missing points. Then they spoke to someone and then said to Call Qantas to claim the points.
FAIL!!!!

Well i contacted QF about this who kindly said that if there is an issue i should now contact Rockpool Support to look into it and enquire about processing the points. if there is an issue with the stores device that they should look into it with their support.

I love the circle this is going in since i assume the person at the counter spoke to their support at the time who said to contact qantas.....
