Hyatt's luxury brand Andaz is set to open its first Dubai property this year at the man-made Palm Islands development, under the name Andaz Dubai The Palm.
Nestled on the Palm Jumeirah island, the hotel is located near key attractions such as the Dubai Marina and the Mall of the Emirates. Guests can also enjoy exclusive beachfront access.
While details of the room amenities aren’t yet known, the property will consist of twin 15-storey towers featuring 116 serviced apartments and 217 guestrooms, with a ‘bespoke design capturing the colours of Arabia’.
Guests can dine at four 'vibrant' restaurants, and then work it all off at the fitness centre and pool. There’ll also be meeting facilities for corporate travellers.
Andaz Dubai The Palm will be the second property to carry that brand in the UAE, after the Andaz Capital Gate Abu Dhabi which opened in late 2018.
Hyatt is also planning the Hyatt Centric La Mer in Dubai, a full-service 'lifestyle' hotel that is slated to open in 2020.
Guests staying at these properties will be able to earn points and status with the World of Hyatt scheme.

Sure is a mouthful. You'd hate to be the receptionist saying "Hello, welcome to the Andaz Dubai The Palm" every time the phone rings.
