Guests returning to the Le Méridien Etoile Paris hotel might hardly recognise it following an extensive multi-million dollar renovation to what remains the Le Méridien chain’s first-ever hotel.

Spanning the guestrooms, suites, public spaces and the established Jazz Club Etoile, the property returns to the City of Light as the largest hotel in central Paris with 1,025 rooms, nestled nearby the Arc de Triomphe and the Champs Elysées.

Those guestrooms have all been designed with both ‘residential textures’ and the destination in mind including through the lighting and the muted colour palette of grey, light blue and charcoal, underscored by eye-catching accents.

Adorning the rooms’ headboards are elements of travel and discovery such as sketches of Parisian arrondissements, while the broader rooms and corridors reflect deconstructed images of the city itself.

The lobby itself forms the brand’s signature ‘Le Méridien Hub’, with custom blue and white tiling in a nod to the Parisian metro system and lighting that represents the traffic circles of the city nearby the Longitude 2°17 Bar where you’ll find éclairs, light bites and fresh coffee.

Members of the Starwood Preferred Guest loyalty program can earn and redeem Starpoints at this hotel, while Gold and Platinum cardholders enjoy free space-available room upgrades among other perks.
