Keeping fit on your trips can be a challenge for all but the most dedicated, so we're glad to see that some hotels are making an extra effort to cater for health-conscious guests.
Sheraton Hotels has signed up US fitness guru Mark Verstegen, developer of the popular Core Performance training system, to develop a program specifically for regular travellers.
This includes 20 to 30 minute express workout regimes for guests who are short on time and offering an improved range of healthy meal options during meetings. The hotel will also begin installing a selection of training eqipment in specific rooms.
The program is already available at 60 Sheraton hotels with a worldwide rollout bringing the service to Australia before the end of 2011.
