Pullman opens first London hotel at St Pancras Eurostar station

The first Pullman business hotel in the UK has opened, right next to Eurostar hub St Pancras International. It's a conversion of the former Novotel next to the railway station.

Pullman is the business brand from Accor, better known for its Sofitel, Novotel, MGallery and Mercure locations in Australia. The chain calls its Pullmans "upscale hotels dedicated to business travellers and meetings".

With 312 rooms and just three minutes' walk from London's international rail terminal, the Novotel London St Pancras is one of the most convenient in the capital.

Inside the hotel you'll find the Golden Arrow bar and restaurant (with an open kitchen), plus the usual Pullman amenities: free wifi, an iPhone docking station, Nespresso coffee machines, a Connectivity Lounge (in conjunction with Microsoft), the signature Pullman bed and a Welcomer staffer looking after guests' needs.

"This new Pullman destination, which joins the network’s 67 other hotels and resorts around the world, offers a vibrant, in-style cosmopolitan guest experience," Pullman's global market chief Xavier Louyot promises.

This was a great Novotel, hopefully it is just as good as a Pullman.
