The new routes are on sale today for travel from November 27.
“Qantas customers now have access to over 130 codeshare city pairs across North America, Canada and Mexico from our Los Angeles and Dallas gateways" said Qantas Executive Manager International Sales Stephen Thompson, which meant "more opportunities to earn frequent flyer points and have their luggage checked straight through to their final destination.”
The American Airlines partnership made it possible for Qantas to deliver "more choices, easier connections and a better overall travel experience" Thompson added.
