Raffles' newest hotel is now open for business in the midst of Shenzhen's bustling CBD.
Situated on One Shenzhen Bay, with direct connections to the Qianhai Economic Zone in the Nanshan District, the Raffles Shenzhen is well-located for business travellers.
Guests check-in on the 34th floor Sky Lobby before continuing up to the 168 guestrooms and suites on the upper levels of the 72-storey building, which offer scenic views of Shenzhen Bay and Hong Kong.
Rooms are generously sized, starting at 60 sqm for a Deluxe Room...
... and ramping up to 434 sqm for the Presidential Suite, which features a private dining room, two bedrooms, a steam room and a fitness area.
Each space is finished in neutral shades, accented by pops of colour in key furniture pieces.
Famished travellers can look forward to dining at six signature restaurants and bars, all of which are enhanced by panoramic views.
Rui Lounge hosts the Raffles Afternoon Tea, Sky Café has live cooking stations, and The Long Bar will be a popular place to unwind after a day's work.
Raffles Patisserie will have an extensive selection of handcrafted delicacies, Yun Jing serves up classic Cantonese dishes, and Kokoni (pictured) is an upmarket Japanese restaurant serving up elegant kaiseki, premium steaks, sushi and sashimi.
Functions aren't forgotten either, with 3,000 sqm of event spaces including a column-free grand ballroom and eight multifunction halls.
When a respite from work is needed, the Raffles Spa promises to be a relaxing sanctuary while guests are naturally welcome in The Fitness Centre, to make use of a fully-equipped gym and indoor swimming pool.
Raffles Shenzhen is part of the AccorHotel's Le Club loyalty scheme (soon to be renamed ALL), meaning points can be earned and redeemed for stays.
Elite status members will be able to utilise their perks, including space-available room upgrades and late check-outs, on bookings made directly with the hotel and through various corporate travel agencies.

Is actually a lovely city. Spent a lot of time there as a kid and went back recently and it’s really been developed and made quite liveable. Lots to do and easy to get around as an English speaker. If you like tech, then the shopping is amazing too 😋

It is a lovely city with some rough edges. Lived here for nearly 9 years. I am personally considering to stay at the hotel next month just for a night to try it out.
