Reader contest: win tickets on Qantas' final Boeing 767 flight
Congratulations to David O'Keeffe and Graeme Miles, who have each won a ticket on Qantas' final Boeing 767-300 flight this coming Saturday December 27.
PREVIOUS | Qantas will send off the last of its Boeing 767-300 jets on Saturday December 27, and we're giving two readers the opportunity to be part of the plane's final flight from Melbourne to Sydney.
You'll join some two hundred other aviation enthusiasts on the appropriately-numbered flight QF767, which will depart Melbourne Airport at 5pm and arrive to a water cannon salute at Sydney Airport at 6.25pm.
Entries close at 11.59pm (Sydney time) on Sunday December 21 – but before entering, you'll need to be
- based in Melbourne and prepared to fly back to Melbourne at your own expense; or,
- be prepared to travel to Melbourne (again, at your own expense)
The two lucky winners will be contacted by Australian Business Traveller by noon on Monday December 22, and their names will be published here and on our Facebook page that same day.
Just complete the form below with your name and email address, and in 25 words or fewer, tell us about your favourite experience on a Qantas plane.

QF took away my chance to fly the 767 for the last time. There was to be one last one, ADL to MEL, but that got swapped to a 737.
All the best of luck for the one with the competition, and hope for those 200 on board, that QF doesn't do a swap.
If I do enter the ABT competition, I would still have to fly ADL to MEL to meet the flight, and then get back from SYD to ADL.

You will probably find that because the cricket dates changed, there wasn't going to be teh same capacity required into Adelaide.
Can't really blame Qantas for that

Will the last 767 flight be like the last flight of 747 VH-OJA, which has since been to JFK, LAX, SYD, NRT, SYD ?

I never been fan of 767 – it always seems to me being too big for its engines (or too underpowered for its size), so basically I am happy it to go from Qantas fleet.
