Oct 26, 2018, 02:13 PMWhat a relief and hope they get it right! Nothing like LHR please which (for me) is simply horrible. AJ is right about the pre-flight experience, and for some folks (I fly >120 x per year) that means some space, some quiet and a light meal.

Jul 11, 2018, 12:25 AMYep, LAX is usually v good. I was there this week en route to NY, and it was excellent. Started my trip in BNE - and left the lounge immediately as it was heaving and horrible. Much more pleasant in the main terminal.

At least then, in (say) 18m time assuming such offers continue, I would be eligible. I understand why they do these offers but it does leave a sour taste.......anyone else ...

New Brisbane Qantas International lounge
Jan 17, 2018, 03:21 PMIt is a 100% better than the old lounge, but it is also disappointing to me too. Mainly, for me, because I find it always packed out. I also agree re London - to me, it is horrible. Sterile and old, and I go past in onto BA First of Cathay.
