Emirates offers bonus Skywards points from Sydney to Europe

IN BRIEF | Emirates is stumping up bonus Skywards members travelling from Sydney to Europe in May – as long as you're on the daily EK415 flight out of Sydney, which leaves at 6am and is a Boeing 777 rather than Emirates' flagship A380 (which also means no inflight Internet for you).

But that early morning start has an upside of 27,500 extra Skywards points for the return trip in business class, and 39,000 if you're flying in first class.

Those points come on top of what you'd normally earn for the trip, delivering quite a serious bump to your Skywards balance.

The offer is valid for onwards connections through to London (both Heathrow and Gatwick), Zurich, Moscow, Rome, Venice, Milan, Munich and Vienna, and requires that you first register online at www.skywards.com for travel between May 1st and 31st, 2012.

Do you have to be doing a return trip though? A lot of these sorts of promotions that I've seen EK doing in the past have required your booking to be a return booking...
