Canberra’s new ‘A by Adina’ hotel marks a global debut
Australia’s national capital is now home to the world’s first A by Adina property, from international chain TFE Hotels.
Travellers to Canberra will be the first in the world to experience TFE Hotels’ new “elevated premium brand”, A by Adina, with the A by Adina Canberra property now welcoming guests.
Offering apartment-style accommodation across 130 suites, guests can choose between studio, one-bedroom and two-bedroom apartments.
Situated at Constitution Place, the property is within walking distance of Civic Square, City Hill park, and the Canberra Theatre Centre – accessed via a “Melbournian-style laneway” within the precinct.
If you’ve spotted the Andrew Inglis Clark statue out front, you’ll know you’re in the right place.
Aiming to blend the comforts of a hotel with the conveniences of an apartment, guests staying at the property can access an on-site gym, as well as a round-the-clock concierge services.
“We are of the belief that different stays shouldn’t need a different hotel each time,” said TFE Hotels CEO Antony Ritch.
“So, our A by Adinas bring to life the idea of ‘hotel living’ by embracing the duality of a premium hotel stay with the familiarity that comes from an elevated away-from-home experience.”
Alongside A by Adina, the Vibe, Adina, Travelodge, Rendezvous, and TFE Hotels Collection brands also sit under the TFE Hotels umbrella.

TFE's brands don't exactly have the greatest reputation. Quarantine guests at one Travelodge in Sydney having to be decanted due to poor cleanliness being just one example. Maybe they can lift their standards with this new brand, but certainly the Travelodge, Vibe and Rendezvous make me think 'old and outdated'.
