Regus is speading its Sydney footprint with the opening of the city’s tenth business centre in North Sydney.
Located in the stunning new Ark tower, just off the Pacific Highway and behind the North Sydney Post Office – which puts it within a stroll from North Sydney railway station and handy for parking – the Regus centre is open around the clock for customers working to any timezone.
In addition to the business lounge and meeting rooms there’s a slick new ‘campus’ workspace area, a videoconferencing studio, an outside terrace and smoking area plus showers if you need to freshen up after a flight or before a meeting.
Flagship commercial tenants in The Ark include Coca-Cola Amatil and Vodafone, and the building is flanked by scores of places to meet, eat and drink, both along North Sydney’s main thoroughfare of Miller Street as well as the Greenwood Plaza which links Millers Street to the North Sydney railway station.
Regus has also expanded its centre at 120 Collins Street Melbourne by adding a second floor on Level 31, in addition to the existing Level 50 space.
“Working smart means getting the best return for your investment in your workplace, and The Ark in North Sydney and 120 Collins Road in Melbourne represent not just the new face of Regus but also the future of how Australian companies will work” says William Willems, Regus’ Vice President for ANZ and South East Asia at Regus
“These world-class facilities are the results of expertise built up in creating over 1,100 centres over 20 years, in 500 cities and 85 countries, and offer a highly professional and ultra-modern environment from which to conduct business.”
