    You will probably get an invitation to renew Plat in return for 120K points, It is very unlikely you will be renewed without this.

    In my experience, QF98 is usually not that heavily booked in J, so an upgrade request should have quite a good chance of success.

    The MEL F checkin is ckosed if there is not a QF flight within 3 hours, which is a fair part of the day. If it is open, you may be allowed to checkin more than 3 hours prior.
