I understand that it's the directors cut but that's a rather long safety video. It seems BA is trying to take Qantas' crown for longest safety video and yep that didn't quite make it either. Qantas' new video is 6:21 and this BA one is 6:06 with the entire thing being filmed inside in a studio Meanwhile Qantas is able to show off highlights from across the country. Not to mention every single one of the Air New Zealand videos have been shorter (some by 2 minutes) and they've all been 100 times more exciting then what BA have produced.
well they need to balance humour with the safety features so passengers don't forget the essential. I loved it and think it's great they incorporated the 'spare change for Flying Start charity' at the end - provides an extra dimension.
Great to watch once, but as a request flyer 6 minutes of this on a regular basis would be sleep inducing. All credit, however, for BA to show some imagination and produce a quality video and indeed combining it with a change for good message.

This is the 'director's cut' edition of BA's latest safety video, created in collaboration with Comic Relief: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=YCoQwZ9BQ9Q

I liked it - good to see a bit of creativity, something different.

The “...if you’re in need of oxygen...” bit in the QR is gold, innit?!
