Has anyone else noticed an absence of points and credits being added in November? I have taken 7 VA flights this month (sadly) and have had zero points or credits added to my account. It’s painfull to keep track of the booking refs and continuously chase them. Does anyone know if they have a system issue? Oh how I dream about VA having points credited by the time I land like QF!

Yes I've had the same issue but only with flights. Not with other points earning transactions. A domestic flight I took on the 1st took the full 14 days to appear on my account. I was just about to lodge a missing points claim.

I wanted to make a points heavy rewards booking for a family member so called up to ask. They enter eyes each flight in manually for me and they appeared instantly. I was told there's been delays issuing points in November but Velocity should be back to normal by December.

Shame they’re not brave enough to inform their most important customers..

Same issue here, 10 days and waiting...... these were to maintain my status as platinum so I could start pooling to a family member......... it shouldn't be this hard!!!

My roomie facing the same issue - his VA flights from a month ago are not credited yet. He called up the CC and they've mentioned that it could take upto 6 or 8 weeks (can't remember what he said) for the SC & points to reflect in the FF profile

Same boat.

SC’s & points from November flights aren’t appearing but points from credit cards are.

SCs and points from flights now take exactly 14days to be credited. Even when you submit a point claim, it still needs 14 days. Points from shopping still arrive almost immediately.

Same. Waiting two weeks for points to be credited for two domestic VA flights. In this day and age it really is unbelievable. Why is it not an automated process for VA? In a logical world you should step of the aircraft and the points would be credited within minutes.

Please don't complain too loudly, this works just fine. My gold status should have expired on the 17th, but that seems frozen too :-)

I still don't have SCs from a trip to/from NZ on VA in October! The weird thing is that SQ ones post in a day.

VA is currently investigating their members especially who have a large number of points. My account is under investigating because one point transfer back to May 2017 and they considered its “invalid”. They frozen my account and my girlfriend’s since we are family pooling. Honestly I acknowledge what they are doing, but I am worrying about my 70k points. VA seems like to be a bad loser

Yes, I believe it has something to do with family pooling and the transfer of points to family members. Both the better half and myself are waiting on points and status credits from early October to be credited.Tried the online missing points approach, can't even enter the destination. Phoned overseas Plat number three times and emailed, apparently VA do not use email communication, anyway, we have been informed of no reason as to why the points and status credits have not been credited. Think Big Brother VA is looking into something that does not exist, well, within our own past and current circumstance. No communication offered by VA, to resolve. Getting a wee bit fed up with VA over the past couple of months, just too much hassle for them to undertake the simplest task, saying that, they are not the only ones. Ah well, just part of the daily grind I suppose, small beer.
