There's even less chance of getting bored on your next Qantas flight, with the airline adding four new channels and 280 hours of content to its inflight entertainment system.
Headlining the beefed-up selection is the HBO Channel featuring Game of Thrones, True Detective, Silicon Valley, Veep, Last Week Tonight with John Oliver and Girls, along with favourites like The Sopranos and Sex and The City, among its 120 hours of programming.

The channel will be updated with a fresh 20 hours of HBO content each month.
Also new to the mix: three Foxtel channels for an added 160 hours of new programming every month.
Entertainment by Foxtel will include Australia’s Next Top Model, Real Housewives of Melbourne and Aussie Pickers.
Change the dial to Lifestyle by Foxtel for Grand Designs Australia, Selling Houses Australia, River Cottage Australia, Village Vets and Donna Hay: Fast, Fresh & Simple.
Foxtel's popular National Geographic Channel will boast series such as Dead End Express, Brain Games, Animals Gone Wild, Cabin Fever and Outback Wrangler.
"A lot of our customers look forward to making the most of the opportunity for some uninterrupted viewing time on board, and for many it’s a chance to catch up with their favourite shows" says Jo Boundy, Qantas Head of Digital and Entertainment.
"Customer satisfaction with inflight entertainment has hit record levels in recent months, and we plan to keep improving the options available with new features that set Qantas apart."
